Ours are projects with passion; we have been shaping our editorial lines throughout the time. Following are the projects we have been involved in.


Drama (2011)

Five strangers on the brink of despair agree to meet and wager big money in a poker game in which only one can be the winner: Rafael (Juan Sebastian Aragon), a priest whose vices are in conflict with his principles; Santiago (Luis Fernando Hoyos), a man in love who has committed his life to buy the happiness of his wife.

Apollo (Javier Ortiz), a murderer for hire willing to do anything to change the fate of his daughter; Eduardo (Rafael Novoa), a private soldier pursued by misfortune who fights to save what’s left of his family; and Camilla (Angelica Prieto), the dealer, who must bear every day with the memory of her misfortunes. Unknown to the others, each is desperate to win, knowing that losing can cost them their lives.

The Hall Effect plays the song KING, soundtrack of the film POKER, in the parking lot located underground the casino where the story of the film takes place.

Broken Kingdom

Drama (2012)

Two stories weave their way from the harrowing slums of Bogotá to the hills of Hollywood. A 14-year-old street girl and an American writer discover an uncommon union, while a day-care teacher in Los Angeles does everything she can to fight the weight of a tragic secret. The film stars Daniel Gillies, Rachael Leigh Cook, and Seymour Cassel.

Sundance Announces Competition and NEXT Lineups
The 2016 Sundance Film Festival may be months away from kicking off in snowy Park City, Utah, but the annual festival has begun rolling out its various lineups, including today's announcement of its competition sections — including U.S. Dramatic, U.S. Documentary, World Cinema Dramatic and World Documentary offerings — along with its out of competition NEXT lineup.
